The face of your business is the sign in your storefront. It is the
first impression many of your customers will have of your company.
Therefore, you want to ensure your signage effectively communicates what
you want your customers to know about your business.
A sign is used to communicate a message, which is directly related to a
business, profession, event, product, or service that is offered or
sold. To first relate information to anyone, you must get his or her
attention. This fact is true no matter what the information is you wish
to communication. We are all familiar with the emergency broadcast
signal, a judge in his courtroom may bang his gavel, not matter what the
circumstance there has to be a means of getting the attention of
who you wish to communicate with. However, getting ones attention has no
meaning if there is no point. It is a waste of money for a business to
erect a sign, which is not directed to their product, who they are or
where they are located.
